Sam has a good knowledge of C/C++ programming having completed several computer coding modules as part of his Broadcast Audio and Music Technology degree at the University of the West of England. He has a good understanding of Object-Orientated Programming, UML, and MIDI.
His curricular work has involved developing digital signal processing plugins, synthesisers and drum machine and, due to his passion of DJ technology, his dissertation project was to develop a Raspberry Pi based embedded Digital Vinyl System (DVS) touchscreen application that runs on Raspbian (A custom Raspberry Pi version of Debian Linux) using the cross-platform framework JUCE.
